Here’s How to Easily Steam Momos without a Steamer

Momos are one of the most recognized street foods in the world. From the hills of Nepal to the street-side of Queens, Momos have become synonymous with street-food. To make the Momo at home, knead the flour using water. Then flatten the dough into discs about 5 inches in diameter. Make sure the discs are thicker in the center and thinner in the edges.
