1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/4 cup water
●
Salt to taste

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
●
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
Instructions:
- Heat some vegetable oil in a non-stick pan
over medium heat.
- Place the
