Ingredients:

 

     6-8 ready-to-eat chicken momos

     1 tablespoon vegetable oil

     1/4 cup water

     Salt to taste

     1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes

     1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

     1/2 teaspoon onion powder

     1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. Heat some vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Place the ready-to-eat momo chicken in the pan and cook them for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom side turns golden brown.
  3. Now, add 1/4 cup of water to the pan and cover it with a lid. Allow the momos to steam for 3-4 minutes or until the water has been completely absorbed.
  4. Remove the lid & continue cooking the momos for another 1-2 minutes or until they are crispy and browned on the bottom.
  5. Sprinkle salt, red chilli flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, and soy sauce on the momos and toss them gently until they are well coated.
  6. Transfer the pan-fried chicken momos to a serving dish and serve them hot with your favourite dipping sauce.
